Now this is a tough fish to spot, except when you rockpooling you might see this fish 100 if now more times in one trip because 80% of the little creatures you see dart before your eyes too quickly to spot will be this species! The best way to see them up close, is to get near a rockpool and sit and wait, give it 10 minutes and usually the creatures forget you are there, if you scour the surface of the sand you might be lucky enough to spot the two big eyes of a sand goby staring back at you!
